"We stayed here to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and the staff truly made it special. Sofia at reception was incredibly kind and welcoming — she offered us an arrival breakfast even though we arrived early and surprised us with a room upgrade, which meant so much to us.
At the restaurant, Irene was amazing with a wonderful personality and made every interaction enjoyable. The room was absolutely gorgeous, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained. It was cleaned multiple times a day, which really showed the level of care and attention to detail.
The breakfast was okay — not spectacular, but still perfectly fine. Overall, the service, staff, and room easily made this a memorable and special stay. We would happily return.

"The room was well appointed, with high quality and stylish window treatment and bedding. Staff was efficient and courteous. The location on the Grand Canal is breathtaking and convenient, with a water bus stop just steps from the front door. "
