The staff are friendly and helpful. Though it is a bit troublesome to change lifts at level 6 in order to go to the rooms, there is always a staff there to help you. Good service. I enjoyed my stay and will recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.

I had a great stay at this hotel (on the weekend of 17 January 2015). The hotel is near to the many places that I had planned to visit and eateries that I planned to dine in. The hotel room was simple and equipped with basic items such as kettle, cup/saucers, Chinese tea bags, safe, television, toiletries items. The duplex was value for money as we had paid a special price not offered by the other hotel booking sites As I have a strong sense of smell, I detected a slight musty smell from the shower curtain after a shower. Perhaps the hotel could consider using a curtain made of synthetic material to prevent such smells.
