Set inside an abandoned asylum, be prepared to come face-to-face with waxwork monsters and real-life actors in scary costumes as you try and find your way out of the darkened corridors. The best time to visit Madame Tussauds is on a weekday, when there are fewer crowds and you can spend a couple of leisurely hours in the museum.
