"Room is huge and clean. Very nice bed. But check-in are digital. Intruction was unclear. The password pad next to the door was not obvious. They required me to enter the order number but it took me plenty of guess to find out the correct answer. There is a parking close to the hotel but the intruction of parking location is in the check-in area. It would be great if it was provided in the email. Other than the virtual check-in and hard the find a parking place around. I am happy with the stay"

"ベッドが壊れていて凹みがあり、寝心地が良くなかったです。食器やドライヤー、洗濯機などがありよかったです。ドライヤーの中や床、ベッドなど埃がすごくてアレルギーが出ました。急遽とったこと、そして安かったので仕方ないかなと言う感じです。それ以外は特に不便なく過ごすことができました。"

"Perfect for my needs"

"Very nice for the price. Its a bit close to What airbib is, but the whole apartment is dedicated to it. No fancy service desk and amenities. But it does come with all the necessities like, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine (with detergents) and ofcourse shampoo as well. For the price, its a great hotel, and if i ever have chance to come back to Fukuoka, i will definitely be back here again. "

"Great location with lots of shopping nearby. Very trendy area. Shout out to the coffee stand opposite the hotel - we visited everyday. However it's an apartment so you are expected to keep the place clean. We didn't use the loft at all because it felt flimsy and tiny for bigger sized people. We just slept on the sofa bed and created a makeshift sleeping area in the living room. Heating on the first floor is poor. We were quite cold during the winter."

"Very good location, nearby all Fukuoka city attractions within walking distance. Clean and spacious room, a great stay. Wouldn’t recommend for older people as there are high ladders to some bedding areas."

"The property is clean and tidy. Utensils and cookware is enough for making a meal. The only improvement is the sleeping area at the loft. It is too high and the stairs are too steep. Frankly speaking poeple would it difficult to climb up to the loft and in fact very easy to fall down. But overall, the property is value for money."
