Value for money
The name is misleading. It should be change to Hotel as the condition is similar to 3 star hotel not a guest house. Highly recommanded

Nice enough place but the bathroom in my room could have used a good scrub it was very grimy. Also my hand towel was dirty it had dried rice accompanied by the sauce it was prepared in. Otherwise the room was fine and the staff were very friendly

Best value in Malang! 4 star experience.
This place, hands down, has the highest value in Malang. It presents itself at budget price, yet invites you in to a 4 star experience. It is quaint, homely, and certainly premium in every sense of the word. The rooms boast of high ceilings, simple modern look, and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food was good. There was a nice spread offered for breakfast. The location of this Kertanegara Premium Guest House fantastic. It is walking distance from great restaurants and the city's center. I was a bit sad that there wasn't a pool or a space for my toddler to stay. The property could be bit more family friendly in that sense. Overall, I think you will love your stay here!

I can definitely recommend this place! The staff are so nice and helpful, they really couldn't do enough for us and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Outstanding value for money. Great location. Would definitely stay again.

Central Location
Spent 3 days staying at this guest house, central location and friendly staff. Staff try their best to fulfill the guest needs and happy to assist if you any problem. Nestled in central of malang city, offer free WIFI to keep you connecting from your devices. They provide breakfast in the morning with an extra $ if you booked the hotel with room only. I have to stay in for dinner because pouring at that night so i can't get out from the the guest house, They have an options menu for dinner in but the food come from the kertanegara restaurant not from the guest house itself, unfortunately and took 35 min to wait for delivery to the guest house this the only i have problem with otherwise i am happy stay again and would luv to come and stay in this guest house when back to Malang.

I got and inside room, overlooking a small court. It was comfortable. I actually spend more time at the room because I spend more time visiting places and dinning. Safety deposite box and small refrigerator are now the standard in many hotels. The breakfast was good. I usually request to make me fried eggs. There is a mall near by with 400 meters from the hotel. Staff are nice and helpful. My stay with this hotel is great. I am happy and satisfied.

Clean Hotel Excellent Staff

Utk bisnis hotel, value for money sangat bagus. Posisi hotel strategis, Kamar besar, bathroom bersih, wifi kamar lancar. Shower bathroom kurang kencang, pemanasan air panas agak lambat.

Feels Like Home
This guest house is located in premium house, near the alun alun and city centre but on the quiet side. The building is very nice, cleanliness is superb and overall very value for money. The only downside is that the breakfast selection is limited, and the room service is not open 24 hours.

Best Value for Money
Simply modest but efficient hotel, I think it was one of the best hotel in Malang. Everything was near perfect except the hot water needs time before it is actually released as hot. But it wasn't a big deal still the best value for money hotel out there. great job

Good Room, but be careful
The room in the hotel was good, clean, and comfortable. The staff was polite, but not necessarily friendly. The location was OK, and it is possible to walk or get a short taxi ride to decent restaurants if you don't want to eat at the hotel. However, the taxis that the hotel will arrange with you are more expensive than metered taxis that you can find on the street in Malang. They will only arrange rides with one taxi company, and they may ask you to pay an inflated price for the taxi service instead of using a meter. They also refused to call a different taxi company that I had used before in Malang. Overall, I would say that the hotel service was "OK", but that the property itself was excellent.

Its a strategic and wonderful place to stay, located in the heart of Malang (Ijen area). They provide spacious and clean room with comfort bed. My only bad experience was the drainage in shower area, its easy getting flooded.

Great place to stay, hospitality great, the room very nice, cleanliness ok, but the drain in the bath room had a bad smell, amenities standard, pot for hot water looks not clean, please improve in the future, better change the pot if already had crust or corrosion to make the guest comfort while boiling the water.

Our 8 days stay in Malang
Comfortable temps in Malang. We had a good rest there after a very bussy Family visiting at X-mas and Newyear time With big familyparties every day. Only Volcano Bromo made trouble for us. They closed the airport so we had to leave the plane and take a taxi to Surabaya to fly to Jakarta.

Super hotel !
Séjour de 4 nuits avec mon frère, super agréable le personnel est la pour nous aider et nous organiser des tours comme par exemple pour aller voir le mont Bromo et les prix sont super intéressant. L'emplacement est parfait et le quartier tranquille , proche de commerces et à 10-15 minuites a pied ou 5 en taxis des bons restaurants.

Суперский отель! При такой низкой стоимости проживания, отель очень и очень хороший. Номера новые, компактные, но удобные. Стильно оформлены. И, что главное в Индонезии, везде чисто!!! Это просто невероятно. Расположен в центре города, недалеко от центральной туристической улицы.

値段の割りに、質の高い宿
値段を考えれば、非常に質が高いと思う。近くに食事をとる場所が少ないのが難点。wifiは無線と有線両方あり、有線はそこそこ使える。
