"The staff was wonderful, very kind and accommodating, so very friendly, too! The airport shuttle was a huge plus! Rooms were basic, but comfy beds and pillows. The hotel is part of a larger residential complex, so the amenities are all shared. Gym is pretty outdated and small, so it was hard to really train, but the pool was nice and big. Breakfast options were very limited (it's menu style not buffet), with nothing fresh/light (fruit, yogurt, cereal, etc). Location was nice, close to airport and the mall, so it was a nice place to spend one night."

"We stayed this place for a week though, we got sick but the place its inside the mall. very convenient the hotel is excellent though, its pricey. but you paid what you got as we expected. the front desk are very helpful and friendly and very professional, all the staffs are friendly inside the hotel rooms are very clean. the cleaning crew are wonderful and welling to go above an beyond, very helpful. the only problem we have at the restaurant. the table are too close to each other and while we try'd to enjoy our breakfast someone next to us was a couple playing games on their phone it was too loud that my husband and we couldn't hear each other when we talked so we ask the staff to move to a different table and we were ignore so I finally just got up and saw a table we just moved. it was getting annoying its a breakfast buffet not a place to play games. also, we ask for coffee since you can't get it yourself, it takes forever to just getting a coffee, the waitress forgot my husband's coffee, I finally got up and walked where they make the coffee to get it myself. so no tip.. but the waitress at the restaurant needs more training. but above all the foods at the restaurant are excellent and the hotel its wonderful and clean. I would stay again. "
