Upon arrival, I just realised that they have run out of the deluxe rooms so they gave me junior suite which is a free upgrade. Definitely a comfortable experience throughout my stay.

I've stayed at 4 different hotels in Ortigas Center in the last 6 months, and I think this is the nicest.
The room are arranged around large central atrium. My room was large, clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom, a writing desk, a sofa, coffee table and microwave oven.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Across the road from the hotel is a mall, while SM Megamall is just a short walk away, so food and coffee is not a problem. There is also a convenience store just a few steps...

Nice room but old aircon solution that is noisy and does not cool enough. Nice traditional philipino cuisine. Silly policy about cash deposit that is paid back after 14 days. Wifi is good but many small issues since hotel is very new and many things to sort out.

1. Smoking area to put a couple of outdoor chairs for cigar smokers.
2. Outdoor cafe dining area the the swing doors should have auto openers as diners carrying trays have hands full
3. More different tea bags in rooms as oly green tea available.

Requested for early check in on the day itself and they kindly accomodated to my request and let me check in 2hrs before the usual check in which i am tremendously grateful for! Room was comfortable and had mostly everything u need. Staff were also very helpful with any questions we had.
