"We really like this hotel and stay here every time we come back to Shanghai. The location is convenient, the service is excellent, and the air conditioning works well. The only thing we wish is that the toilet area were a little bigger, with a bit more space between the toilet and the wall, so it would be more comfortable."

"I love the style of the hotel and we even got an upgrade. I think staff try to be helpful but it didn’t quite hit the spot. It was summer and the air conditioning is not as consistent as we would like so sleep wasn’t so good. Room style was great. Love the garden area. The visit was just sickly hot for us so affected our experience. Breakfast was complementary, not sure if it’s due to the upgrade and we enjoyed the breakfast- had a variety of healthy and normal options.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered every amenity I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I enjoyed views from my window.
The hotel's location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to explore, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with fresh, delicious options and attentive service. Their weekend buffet dinner served a good spread of xiao long xia, assorted seafood, meats, desserts and the list goes on.
What truly set this hotel apart was the attention to detail and the warm, genuine hospitality. I felt like valued guests every step of the way. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting the area."
"We had to get 2 rooms. The room we rented was supposed sleep 6. We had 5 people and had to do 3 in one room and 2 in the other. The rooms were small but serviceable and the service, towels etc. was acceptable. Don’t expect any frills but the metro station was across the street and there was plenty dining options. "
