Our stay was a comfortable one. Service was good. Every time we requested something it is delivered in due time. One issue it needs to be entertained is the age of the hotel. Needs quite a good renovation. The shower stall grout needs a good cleaning ie mildew. Glad my mildew allergy was at bay. Plumbing leaking from sink faucet to shower one.

Will not book again.
The ceiling of the bedroom is very dusty. Lots of small cockroaches from the bedroom, dining table, floor and the confort room. Stove not working.

Would recommend. The hotel is at a nice area with lots of shops and places to eat. Its close to everything you need. The staff is friendly and housekeeping personnel is great

Spacious. The staffs were courteous and helpful. Parking is with a fee which is limited to one per unit and have to go around the street to get access in at the back. The pool was not as expected which is smaller than thought it would be.

Need to update towels and linens/sheets
BSA is in a perfect location but needs to update their towels, linens and curtains in the room. The yellowish towels need to be retired and changed. The crew service are excellent from the concierge, cleaners, bellboy and security. They need to fix bathroom Partition doors and install an appropriate length bathroom shower curtains so the entire bathroom dont get wet We continue to stay here because of the location and the crew. But owners should remember that are more airbnb available in the same area that offers better amenities

Primarily for shorter stays
+ Very quiet (a hard find in Metro Manila). Accessible to most important landmarks in the area, - Room needs modernization, it was like at least 20 yrs back in time, including a huge TV. Kitchen had some misses in cleaning (otherwise room was well clean). No signal for Globe data in room.

The place is very convenient and walking distance to the mall. At first, the room I supposed to check- in have an electricity problem. It was nice they upgrade in a executive room.

The room was old and also dirty. Corners had dusty and dirt. Bath towels are thin, old and stained. Most frustrating was the elevators. There are only 2, and one was down for refurbishing. The other one had styrofoam hung on the walls. But two times in five days, both were broken. I was on the 24th floor and the front desk staff told me "we have no idea when it will be fixed, but you can take the stairs. " 24 flights in steamy weather??? The staff didn't care. Other guests had similar complaints. Place is relatively cheap, but still not worth the money.

The staff very friendly and helpful 10 being best ten. Room very spacious AIr conditioner works great, TV Forty inches, bed and pillows clean. Microwave utensils fridge comes with. Bathroom is small but complete. Free breakfast serve in the room on schedule. 3-14&17-2018

The hotel is located in the middle of resturants and also locate a short distance of greenbelt business district. the staff are very good at their job which is providing for their guests. I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

Basic but comfortable hotel.
The staff, location and room were great. Walking distance to main shopping and food. Room was awesome with a view of all of Manila. It is a non updated aged property but everything was clean. Great value!!

Stayed 2 nights. Front counter staff not familiar with area and unable to identify buildings on the same street, nor suggest places to explore in the vicinity. Security guard was more knowledgeable. Was informed that as there is no restaurant on the premises that breakfast would be delivered to my room at a time of my choosing. The next day it did not arrive as promised, and when I called the front desk they said they would check with housekeeping. 40 minutes later - still nothing. Spoke to them in person at the lobby and received blank looks. Front counter is either unmanned (no one picks up the phone) or overly crowded (4 people to deal with 1 checkout). Check out took an age. Unable to schedule airport pickup less than 3 days in advance!!

Hotel has strong smells, facilities were super old. No sleepers. Bugs everywhere, Every night I got bitten by the bugs during my stay, I have taken videos of the bugs running around on my door. Would never go back there again!!!

WIFI IS SUCKS. There’s a lot of ANTS, this place needs renovations already, cabinets were old, Bathroom is old, toilet is disgusting although staffs were courteous and polite I will not come back anymore to this hotel. I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED FOR A LOWER Floor coz of fear of heights BUT Instead I was Given the 30th floor, the highest floor. I’m so disappointed.
