Outstanding stay
Wonderful stay on property other then the swimming pools were unavailable. Service was great from check-in to check-out. The in room massage was great, on-time for appointment scheduled. The smoking area is a huge plus, since other hotels do not offer.

Staff was very nice, courteous, and welcoming! Living room/bedroom area (we got a studio) was huge but the bathroom was really small. The toilet lid cover was smaller than the toilet bowl which was uncomfortable for a woman when you have to sit and worry about touching the toilet bowl when seated. The cabinets and drawers were dusty. I had to dust/clean myself. A lot of young Asians living in that building. Location wise, it is walkable to Makati Medical Center (using the skywalk), Ayala Center, Glorietta and Greenbelt.

Great Residence
This as an excellent residence to stay. It offers a fantastic location for restaurants, a super market, pharmacy, fast foods (McDonalds, Burger King), and assess to transportation (Airport is only 15 minutes away). The staff is cheerful, very professional, always helpful and on duty 24/7. Shopping Malls are only a few minutes away from the Residence. Grab and taxis are always available. If you are renting or driving a car, the residence has underground parking, a gym and 2 nice size swimming pools and a child pool for the children. This is by far a excellent place to stay.

Nice but Not a Hotel
It is a residential building that has rooms for rent. You need a cash security deposit for some reasons. I was charged a mere $6 dollars because I was two hours earlier than the regular check-in time. I felt nickeled and dimed not that it was a lot of money but everything is under close scrutiny unlike regular hotels. Anyway the location is convenient and you can walk to some spots, It is near the Peninsula Manila and Shagri-la hotels. And the pool in the picture is misleading.

Our early check-in fee is subject to availability and costs 200 PHP per hour only. Our pool photos are the actual pool in our property. If it did not satisfy you enough we sincerely apologize and we will put out the best effort to improve it. It was a great experience, highly recommended esp the staff from security to groundfloor receptionist to the main receiving staff. Very helpful and courteous The only regret was their pool was not available due to scheduled maintenance ( on Mondays😞) otherwise very satisfied with stay!

Good rooms, friendly staff and good location. Only negative is the smell that comes up from basement levels when the elevators come up from the floors below the ground level, not pleasant at all think coming from the sewerage treatment plant

1. Good location. It is in walking distance to offices and restaurants in Makati. 2. Clean and comfortable condominium hotel. Other floors are occupied by residents. 3. Friendly and accommodating staff members. Quick check-in and check-out. Provided a welcome drink upon arrival. Provided a hairdryer on request. 4. Suggested improvements: Provide more tea bags and coffee in the room. Freshen up the hallway on level 16 (it has a slight smoke smell). Make the business sign more conspicuous.

Relaxing and comfortable rooms with many options!
Absolutely excellent stay here. The room was spacious, and can wash your clothes, cook your own meals without going out. There's a supermarket, pharmacy and several excellent restaurants adjacent to the Suites, less than a 2 minute walk! The staff is available 24/7 on the 18th floor. Rooms are cleaned every day, and here's a laundry point to turn in your laundry. There are 3 elevators operational to serve you, and best of all EXCELLENT security throughout the Suites, both inside (roving) and at the entrance/exit. Trip to the airport is about 20 minutes. I recommend taking a GRAB car. The front desk can help you book one. It's about 1/2 the price of a taxi and modern cars. This is a Excellent place to stay and they have many different rooms to chose from.
