"I stayed for only two nights, but the service I received was exceptional! All my requests were accommodated, from a high-floor room with a wonderful view to a late check-out. As a solo traveler dealing with jet lag and coming down with the flu, these thoughtful gestures meant so much to me. A special mention to Liam from the concierge team, who was incredibly helpful with my luggage and even weighed my bags for me. The location is also fantastic, right on Bonifacio High Street and next to Serendra, making everything so convenient. Iโ€™m glad I made the last-minute decision to switch my booking to this hotel. It was absolutely worth it! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to the Philippines. Thank you for making my short stay such a comfortable and pleasant experience!"

"The personnel are world class. ready smile and always willing to help and make your stay comfortable. Had an issue with my room and they were on it right away. My request were immediately attended to and they offer options if I do not get what I needed. "I appreciate the propertyโ€™s location away from the busy shopping centre. Although it was a considerable distance to walk from the hotel to Greenbelt and into the main street. The lobbyโ€™s ambiance, particularly the grand staircase, was most impressive and I was pleased with the city view. The room was clean and spacious. I am grateful to Emil for maintaining the cleanliness of my room during my brief stay. The chef and team were accommodating of my gluten and dairy-free dietary requests. I thank Lena for confirming the feasibility of these requests and Bryan for reiterating that my food was free of gluten and dairy. The breakfast buffet was also sufficient enough to satisfy my gluten and dairy dietary requirements. I would like to commend the young lady who assisted me with luggage and guided me into the hotel car. They could also arrange a Grab ride if you prefer not to use the hotel car. This was a brief extension of my two-week holiday, so I was unable to utilise the gym, pool and spa facilities. I am uncertain when I will return next year, but I would likely stay at this hotel again for a bed and breakfast room."
