"over all the property is excellent. the staff are very professional. upon check inn they offered free mango juice. one thing that should be informed to all guest is the fee to use the swiming pool. it is not free to the guest. we have to pay 800 pesos per person to use the pool. children 5 yesrs old below is free. guest should be informed prior to reservation or upon check in"

The building is fantastic, the area is safe and walkable, staff are super friendly, I love the water carafe refilling stations on the VIP floors, the spa, the 17th floor restaurant, and the beautiful suites themselves."

"This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel…it will now become my temporary home as I transition to life in the Philippines on my visits. I plan to stay here again next time I fly to Manila. Last year there was an issue with the bath tub drainage, this year I’m very happy that there’s no longer an issue. The hotel lobby looks like it’s been recently painted and has the smell of it…but definitely overlooked that as the lobby has so much character. The exterior is fenced off which means renovations not just inside but also outside. I’m glad they’re keeping the charm of this building and not having to rebuild a box-type hotel in place. Our room was great, king size and just the perfect firmness after 14hrs straight flight this is what you need to uncurl everything. Staff is AMAZING…from bellhops to lobby receptionists, always so friendly and polite and never brushed us off - this made our stay so much more positive. Please keep up the great work in representing not just your brand but also the politeness of the Filipino people — sometimes we foreigners don’t get to see that here in Pinas anymore. Thank you! "

"Makati was a great experience! The room we had was very comfortable and spacious. The shower had a telephone style or a rainfall option. The housekeeping staff was great and very thorough. The restaurant served delicious food and drinks during dine in and room service orders. But what made our stay really great was the amazing and friendly experience throughout all the employees ranging from the security at the entrance to the housekeepers. The gym had a variety of equipment and weights. I also booked a 90 minute massage which was amazing. Plenty of things to explore and do in and around the hotel. There are a lot of shops and cafes within walking distance as well. "
