Three Star Hotels in Manila

"Really weird experience here. The doormen and front desk staff were all nice in conversation, but they blatantly lied about how much laundry I had sent and tried to charge me $100 for it. This was on top of returning multiple laundry items damaged and trying to claim it was part of the clothing design. I also paid fully months in advance for my room and room type, and when I arrived, it wasn’t available. They tried to claim that room type is first come first serve despite my reservation confirmation email clearly showing the room type. The room itself was in fine condition, a bit of wear and tear on the furniture but okay for the price. "

The staff were among the friendliest I’ve encountered in any hotel around the world—I truly appreciated their hospitality and attentiveness throughout my visit. The property itself is clean, but it does feel dated and could benefit from some refreshing and upgrades. The location is a strong point, with many restaurants within walking distance and about a 10-minute walk to Mall of Asia. As I was traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi was essential. Unfortunately, the connection was quite spotty, making it difficult to complete my work, which was a significant drawback. I was also a bit disappointed to find that the breakfast I added during booking ended up being more expensive than purchasing it separately at the hotel. The pool looked inviting, though I didn’t have the opportunity to use it. Overall, while there are some positives, there are also several areas for improvement. With many similarly priced options nearby, I may explore other hotels on my next visit—but others may still want to give this property a try."

"Worked I’m out at 5am all week and then kicked out last day and said not open till 6am. Was using room to stretch and no weights so no noise and security wasn’t very nice. Only complaint. "
