However, our restaurant was not close during your entire stay. You even ordered a coffee from them. The restaurant only transferred to the hotel lobby due to the on going refurbishments at the main dining area. A notice of renovation work was published in our expedia site for guest's reference when making reservation. This notice was published before we received your booking. You were also reminded about it upon check-in. We offered you room transfer to a room on the higher floor but you have declined. Since year 1984, we do not set-up any in-room coffee/tea for us to provide the best available rate to our guests and clients while they are in the city. List of room amenities are also provided in expedia site for reference. We also offered you an electric kettle but you also have declined. Hotel Durban is known as one of the cleanest accommodation establishments in the city. This has been our first time that a bedbug was seen in the room by the guest. Our staff immediately cleaned your room in your presence but did not found any bedbug. We also did not receive any bedbug complaint from the guests who stayed in the same room before and after your stay. Nevertheless, we thank you for continuing your stay with us for 6 nights and again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
