Property didn't meet my expectation as a 5-star residences. In particular, the Scotchbrite dish sponge and the dishwashing liquid that looks like it's taken straight from 7-11. You can get a cheap dish sponge from Ikea and a cheap container for your liquid soap, and a cheap tray or caddy and not the plastic ones that look like from thrift store. Pay attention to these tiny details, especially when your pricing and branding your property a 5 star! The saving grace for this property is the trademark Filipino courtesy and hospitality. The Manager on Duty Angel handled all my complaints professionally! She was composed and calm even at the heat of my frustrations. The rest of the staff - from security, concierge, housekeeping, etc. were equally pleasant. You are greeted with their smiles at any time of the day! For this reason I will still recommend this property to friends and family, with a reminder to manage your expectations to avoid disappointments.

The hotel staff is attentive and friendly, the rooms are modern, with every convenience, including refrigerator and filtered water for refilling. They clean every day, which is wonderful and they do an excellent job. There is good security, as is the case in most upscale hotels in Makati. I unfortunately had a situation nonetheless in the lobby where I was scammed and my phone was compromised (my fault- don't scan QR codes!) The hotel manager immediately assisted with his IT team. In the end all was well, except the international phone charges billed to my room for calling to cancel credit cards.

Kudos to all the staff, from the front desk, dining crew, housekeeping and the guys n the front door! The staff are very attentive to details you don’t need to ask for help but they were very attentive to assist us if we need help. All I can say thank you for making my stay memorable. buffet very average we sat down at 9:55. They told us we had five minutes to get food once 10 o'clock hit they started breaking everything down around us not feel like we were enjoying our breakfast. Food was cold and they're busy setting up for lunch right away.

Great stay at Makati Diamond
We had a bachelor party of 9 and book 6 rooms at Makati Diamond Residences. The staff was friendly and accommodating to all of our needs (early check in, late check out, assisting with logistics, etc). Our party used the amenities (gym, lap pool, sauna, steam room, etc) every day and found that they are in good condition. The location is amazing as it's directly across from the Greenbelt malls so food & shopping was very close. If there was any critique, it's that laundry service was really expensive and some of the rooms can use a light update (chip wood, tiles, etc). Overall, I strongly recommend Makati Diamond to travelers that want to stay in the Makati area.

Home from home for Christmas
We had a wonderful stay at Makati Diamond Residences. We managed to invite our family over to the hotel for a family reunion. The staff are v courteous. The security at the lobby was excellent in keeping us safe throughout our stay. Everyday, our room was cleaned properly and thoroughly. We also used the hotel’s transport and found it very good. The Club Lounge had very good choice of food for breakfast and the happy hour choices of drinks was worth the price we paid for our stay. The facilities in our room was excellent. The only thing missing was a dishwasher. The lobby had a very homely Christmas ambience and felt like you are at home rather than at a hotel. Definitely will recommend, Overall, it was a great Christmas holiday for us and we look forward to going back and stay again.

Excellent service and follow through! We couldn't have complimented the service anymore, everything is nicely kept. The room had some nice amenities like stove, microwave, fridge, bathrobe, free filtered water is a huge bonus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hotpot and more that other hotels don't have... any service to the room was very quick. Everyone who worked there was always in a good mood and helpful. City View was amazing. Great location for shopping. Feels very secure. Would book again next time.

Good location, but a word of caution to those traveling with families. Makati Diamond charges a premium for rooms with Club access, but does not allow children in from 5-7 PM. If you want to enjoy a drink and snacks before dinner with your family, I suggest the Club Floor at New World.

Great hotel to stay at. The staff is extremely attentive and kind! This hotel is right in front of the Greenbelt malls so you will easy access to food, shopping, and activities.
