The room service is good. Food at buffet is fine.
It's good and helpful personnel.
Bad they haven't refund my P1000.00 which they said they will refund me. I added a one day advanced
check in so i paid them directly. Salad i ordered was paid for.. I emailed them 2x for the refund. Just check any refund frim them but i have seen one.
They just ignored my emails and inquiry.
The place is good just needs to be better. It should have a laundry service like most 3 star hotels. Im surprised that there were no laundry services available. Usually people on vacation don't have time to do laundry. Also cable TV wasn't available for 3 days.

Friendly staff. Great service. Room service was awesome. Bathrooms could use an upgrade and could be cleaner. Buffet breakfast good, but seems like all food tasted the same. Would be great to have a variety of food each morning.

I love staying here because of the staff and convenience to some things that I want to do while ol in in Manila.
Elevator was not working. I was on the fourth floor that’s the sixth time this year that I’ve stayed there that the elevator has not been working so obviously a problem that is not recognised by the hotel. No soap in room. Toilet didn’t Flash and TV not working

All staff are friendly in and out from the entrance door till the reception and housekeeping and restaurant. I use to stay on that almost 36 years from the beginning the hotel name before royal palm.is really nice hotel. Also the buffet every morning is a good food

Hotel staff was pleasant, dinning facilities and free breakfast was excellent. Property did not give you a very safe feeling when coming and going, especially after dark.
Rooms were clean but just functional. Over all good value for the money.
J ai réservé une chambre supérieure et c est une chambre standard que j ai eu. La salle de bain est à refaire. Le quartier est déplorable avec tous ses itinérants et ses mendiants.
