Old hotel but is renovated, although not quite up to modern standards. Thee room door has a small sign telling you NOT to lock the door and that the door is self locking. Sadly it does NOT lock unless you lock it. Some tv's work some dont. AC was good bed comfoŕable. The staff is friendly and willing to please customers if they can.

I had a good stay and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Would recommend based of location as its close to a Robinson mall and the LRT station also has convenient places to eat and drink around the corner. The only criticism is the place does feel run down but can’t complain for the budget price

The staff has always been friendly and gives good service. The property has been upgraded to pass fire safety standards. They are still improving. The rooms are ok Nothing great. Wifi tv refrigerator all work. Bathroom is ok but needs to be updated. No hot water in the sink. The shower is minimal but has hot water. This is a very old hotel that badly needs to be modernized. Food is available in the restaurant. Shoping is abundant in the nearby mall. Very large modern 4 story mall. Lots of food and shopping of all sorts. 2 blocks from the hotel.

The staff is friendly, the people seemed to do their best to please guests. The property itself is old and needs rennovation. The rooms are adequate for the price. We were unable to get dining hours straight. Our fault or theirs no matter, we ended up sending out for food or going out ourselves. Overall, it was better than our first stay there. I hope they keep improving the property.

On the one hand, I was annoyed because Expedia did not show my booking in the profile, "booked trips", and there was also no response to my complaint. After my booking it was with breakfast. There it said no breakfast booked. The staff at the reception was very friendly and wasn't annoyed if you ordered food from outside, it was also brought to your room. The cleaning of the room was catastrophic, the cleaning consisted of the early morning someone came to teach the garbage can. After 4 days I asked that the sweaty bed linen be changed, which was done a day later. The extensive range of care products described is bestad from a typical hotel soap and a mini shampoo. nothing was delivered either

cheap Hotel in Mla I‘ve ever stayed
The hotel is cheap. Cheap in price and the condition is terrible.Lack of maintenance, old and wearing, everything is defect, the elevator is not even functioning, no hot water, loud aircon, loud vicinity.You can not sleep at night because it was next to area where concert or live band is performing every night.

The hotel is very close to the shopping mall. only walking distance going to the robinsons shopping mall.. The security guard is very friendly... Its an old hotel but it was good and clean....

Old hotel and very disappointed when I was staying. Crickets everywhere, slow WiFi, uncomfortable bed, shower/water is weak. It’s not the same on the pictures. Except staff they’re very nice.

Manure rather than Manor
The place looked a little dodgy from the outside, but once you get out of the lift upstairs you're in for a treat: Ratty hall carpets, the smell of poor, older buildings and rooms which just plain suck. The "mattress" is just an uncomfortable foam block; the pillows are useless and my friend and I both had sore necks and backs from trying to sleep. The curtains only partly block out the sun. Forget about the TV from 1991; the general decor is poor and so is the air conditioning. The toilet is even worse. The first room had no hot water and it took far too long to get us a new room. The second room wasn't as bad though still the shower almost invited you not to get in. There's no room safe and I was invited with a smile to leave my valuables with the front desk and basically forfeit them. Though not exclusive to this hotel, soundproofing needs improvement as well. This place looks at least as old as the Spanish occupation and is better off consigned to history as well.

Absolutely not. Terrible customer service.Just no.
Every single thing about this property was a disappointment. Upon check-in we were given the wrong room type – I paid for a sweet they gave us a room, and then gave us trouble getting into the crack room. They told us breakfast was not included although the plan I paid for specifically included breakfast. They didn’t tell us that there would only be one key to the room even though there were two people sharing the room. And on top of everything else, the front desk staff is rude at every single point in the stay. I would never stay here again under any circumstances, nor can I recommend this property to anyone ever. I would never stay here again under any circumstan

Iam really disappointed about the cleanliness and the furnitures of the rooms are all damage and old. The bed foam are so thin and sheets are dirty white. Dirty floor especially corners, ceiling are moldy and toilet are moldy in between the grout, the windows are very dusty and rusty,the others are even tide up with wires just to have it locked. There was a room service availabe but i need to go out to the hallways to use phone to call them, no phone inside the room. The staff are helpful when i ask to change the room even i upgrade, but after viewing 6 rooms they are all in the same condition. I wish to enjoy my stay but iam very disapointed in that condition.

Sry was ok, rooms not!
Thecstaff and good was great and location great for entertainment and shopping also site seeing! But the rooms were old and bedded decoration, the bathroom was dated and the toilet didn’t flush properly! The photos that they use to advertise thus place are not accurate I’m afraid!

Noisy & Cockroaches
The building is old and you could imagine was once impressive, however now it shows its age. The room on first impression was clean but the bathroom turned out to be infested with cockroaches. The bed and mattress were basic but not too uncomfortable. The air conditioning worked well. However, the hotel was located next to an open-air club area with drums, base and singing at extreme volume until at least 4.30 am every day making sleep almost impossible, even though we were on the 7th Floor.

The Hotel itself is a prime time location. It’s near everything from restaurants, to shopping mall, and spa salons. The workers are getting much better with customer service. The hotel does have a restaurant in the lobby., but when you looking at it., as if the restaurant is not in service. I highly suggest to let the front desk know that your eating in. They do have great prices and great food for the money. The hotel and rooms do need tender loving care! The maids can do a better job if they are trained properly in cleaning room. Like the curtains in the room that is in there for several months.. this collects a lot of dust. The showers may not be in working conditions as you like it but it’s passable. Overall., for the internet price they offering, this is a great place to stay. If your looking for a 4 stars hotel than I highly suggest you go to a 4 star hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel! When comes to insects... they may have it once in while, but it is what it is! I had my room wipe down and mop with Clorox . That seem to solve the problem when I stayed here for several days. It’s decent and very affordable and they workers are getting better of what they good at. Great job Guys keep up the great work!
