My rating showed how unpleasant my stay was. I even took some pictures to remind me not to book on that place. Its molds in the shower, on the shower head and knob. The metal drainage is unscrewed that almost injured my foot. And on the sink is also the same molds on and around the handle. And the worse that happened, there was a live cockroach on its back. I’d showed the pictures that I took to the receptionist for their record. I think this is the most unpleasant hotel I have stayed. Not for recommendation.

I love your place, your people there but theres ONLY one thing i really wish you will have ASAP as i want to back there always. You have lots of electric outlets but theres no one next to the bed. PLS PUT ELECTRIC OUTLET BESIDE THE BED AS CELLPHONE ARE IMPORTANT ANY TIME OF THE DAY. Thank you.

I wasn't expecting that a condotel in Makati knowing the place itself is in a very sophisticated city is by far the worst in appearance,in service,in everything.the room is not really comfortable to stay in.it's dirty, no cable tv, no parking, not even a valet attendant to park your car somewhere, the contact number is not even reachable it is either busy or you'll be directed to a virtual assistant with nonesense questions wasting your time for nothing.only stayed for like 2 hours and i checked out.my money was completely wasteD.This shouldnt be endorsed by expedia or any other site.My 1st time and definetly my last booking with Reddoorz

Dated, dirty and noisy
Friendly staffs, clean toilet and bathroom but the room was really old with dusts, cracks, stains. The wifi worked randomly. Could hear people outside the room loud and clear. Wouldn't stay here again just due to how dated and dirty the room felt.

Reddoorz premium hotel is really infront of the greenbelt malls. Amenities is excellent- with personalize refregerator and electric keetle.i had no problem staying at reddoorz.i didn't see or smell any cochroaches. I would love to stay again at reddoorz next time.

I like the location, room rate, room size, medium rise building and hospitable hotel staff. I don't like the cockroach, snowy TV Reception, Manually Operated A/C and outdated elevator

I don't really like cockroaches in the room. That's what I got in my room. It is really very uncomfortable sleeping in a room with cockroaches. The beddings were all clean and tidy. However, the room I got has some drops of water coming out from the ceiling. Not really sure where that drop of water is coming from. It is hitting my face while on the bed.

I thought I book a room with windows but they gave me a room with no windows. Did not make up the room and was told I must hand the door tag to ask to makeup room. Water pressure is very weak and internet is also weak!!

Could be better.
Not too bad for the price, but still has lots of room for improvement when it comes to general cleanliness. The bed, pillows & comforter was very comfortable though, & worthy of 4-star ratings there. One issue we had was where the seal cap to the nut that holds the toilet down was broken & after one flush, what was in the toilet also flooded the bathroom floor. They did come immediately when notified & fixed it appropriately, however, I found it appalling that the mess on the bathroom was simply cleaned up & wiped off with towels. No soap or disinfectant was used to clean it up with, which makes me think that it's how most hotel bathrooms are cleaned in the Philippines. In either case, the floors were not swept well (no vacuuming there) & the windows & sills were dirty & dusty. The service we received was pretty decent, & the location was great, right in the heart of Greenbelt's shopping & dining area. They also provided a nice amenity bag.

There was a water heater but it was not working. No slippers (even paper ones) were provided but there was also no mat outside the washroom, so it was kinda slippery. Also i was unfortunate that during my stay, there was a neighboring room which always slams therir door, but that was not reddoorz fault. But its so conveniently located right in the heart of legazpi. If only for that plus its cheap, i like reddoorz.

To be avoided if you wish confort and services
Stay 2 nights for the weekend around greenbelt area. The room is really old with most of equipment falling apart. No maintenance. There is no services: housekeeping, wifi, water... The only advantage is the rate but even it does not worst it... Really to be avoided if you wish to have confort.
