everything was great! Service of overall staff was excellent. I stayed for about 2 weeks and i got the same service. Hotel is old but it was well kept so some structures can be a bit outdated but cleanliness is really all that matters to me and their cleanliness is five star. Building fixtures were very old esp. the bathroom. Shower curtains was nasty old and dirty (change them), shower handle bar had grimes and nasty, the shower head was so old with limes and unsanitary. The only good thing was the service staff and the breakfast.

Spent a couple of nights there in a junior suite. In the 21st floor well out of the way of city traffic noise. Place was clean, tidy and comfortable. The bathroom could do with a refresh though and the TV a bit basic. Would stay again as it was reasonably priced, very close to major shopping and restaurants and the staff very nice and helpful.

Great breakfast buffet and really nice gym

The lobby is big and expansive, breakfast buffet is worth it. The rooms are large however you can tell that they are old. The carpet is well worn. Room is clean but with the old carpet it doesn't feel as clean. Well situated near The Podium and Megamall. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The gym is great!

Used to stay in Shangrila EDSA pre-Covid but due to cost down so stayed here. It’s unfair to compared them since the prices are like 250% difference. Staffs for sure polite and helpful. Room is spacious. The hotel is quite old though. My colleague is vegetarian while I am diabetic. There are just few food items we can eat for breakfast. 10 minute walk to malls.
