Property is maintained on top level, very clean and safe. I very much appreciated the ability to smoke in the room… Environment around the hotel is horrifyingly poluted, the air is hardly breathable, bur nothing can be done at this time about it - huge city around. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for those interested in shopping, gambling, etc.

We had a really good stay here! Even though the property in front of the hotel is a casino, there was no disturbance and noise that can be heard inside our room. Clean property, with blow dryer, refrigerator and a safe 👌 We booked the Deluxe Room, 2 Twin Beds and it was advertised to have a bath tub but when we checked in, our room didn't have one ... Other than that, we are really satisfied :) kind staff and convenient as well for those who want to avail room service 💯

The hotel was very nice. Much better than the surrounding properties. But that was expected as it is downtown Manila. Lots of people on the street asking to sell stuff, wanting handouts, etc. Security at the hotel kept unwanted folks off the property. Being downtown, you will learn to walk partly in the street and avoid errant vehicles. I'd stay again.

Modest hotel. Clean. Staff were very attentive and courteous. A little more amenities in the room like complimentary coffee and improve lighting will boost the hotel experience.

The bathtub no rubber mat. I slipped twice and no choice just sit and shower. Lucky not seriously hurt. The room not tidy up even put card to clean the room.

the carpet was filthy, and the receptionist very unhelpful, and gave no help at all, that is how come i moved next door to the Las Palmas which was a good idea, as they were helpfull. I stayed at the Las Palmas for a MONTH

At the price that we paid, comparing it to the other local hotels, it’s not worth it. There aren’t even free water bottles—which you would think is a standard for hotels. They didn’t have a clothing iron when we asked—also a basic thing that we normally req even abroad, the WiFi is really slow we ended up using our phone’s data. The reservation was for 5 people and we paid extra 2 heads but the toiletries provided was just for 2, we called and requested for some the next day and we were given a set for 1 person.

Hotel staff were the best asset of the hotel. Courteous, welcoming and fast to response with request. I really appreciate that I was allowed an early check-in and they are quick to assist me with my luggages. A BIG plus for a weary traveler. Communication on line regarding my room request was answered in a timely manner. Room looks like newly renovated and spacious enough. I feel like the room needs more lighting. Changing some of the light bulb to Daylight type will bring more life to the room. Cleanliness could be improve. I accidentally drop my socks in between the tables. Had to move it and found plenty of dust and other stuff that got trapped. Table was heavy so housekeeping may need an extra hand. Management please pay attention as it’s a letdown. The towels were plush.The hotel restaurant is a life saver as it rained most of the time during my 2 day stay. Improvement in Food flavor could make dining experience great. 7-11 is located nearby and Robinsons Mall is 2 blocks away which is a big plus again. Safe inside the room adds a level of security on valuables. Over all I had a great stay.

Flew in from US. Rented a Van that was able to be parked, though first come first serve, fits about 8-12 spots. Stayed for 2 days. Had 2 double bed hotels. Both very clean! One shower head holder kind of broke on 1, air conditioning was 8/10. The other was in better condition with air conditioning 10/10. Overall, a bit tight in the hallways. There's a bar and a place to get hotel priced food which I'm sure was good. Bathroom had 2 large towels, bubble bath soap, soap bar, toothbrush/paste, shampoo. Great value for the price with nice helpful staff. Indeed would rate as a 3-star hotel.

I like that it’s very close to 7-Eleven. It’s very close to McDonald’s. It’s very close to Robinson mall that has many shops and restaurants. It’s a good location.
