Inviting and comfortable in a great location
The Victor Hotel has continued to improve over the past 4 years and the results show. The whole facia with the 7/11 has removed the 'budget' look to an inviting entrance. The rooms, beds and mattresses too have been upgraded. Will definitely stay here again.

Family stay
Service was good. Helpful staff. Relatively near to places where we needed to go. The only thing major was the gym was under renovation which was not specified while booking. I was specifically looking for hotels with gyms before booking victor hotel. Not being able to use the facility was a big let down. Complimentary coffee or tea would have been nice. And a working hot water shower is recommended, however, perhaps most hotels nearby wont have that either. Otherwise, the place was decent.

Choose this hotel if you like rats in your room
Hotel staff not friendly specially a girl called Joy Hot water wasn’t working properly. So I could do take a shower The basement behind the kitchen is full of rats. And one rat came to my room. When I told the staff, they just came and remove the rat and acted as if it was normal. There was rat blood on the wall from previous rat killing. The hotel is old but generally nice except the above

There was no mirror anywhere in the room.
The room was spacious and there was the view of the sun rising in the morning. The staff were really helpful also. Convenient location. Great value for money.

Better relocation
We were relocated to this Hotel since we got some issues with the original hotel that we booked, we checked-in early which they have an early check -in fee of P500, fortunately hotels.com gave us an option to refund our money in 15days after, since we were informed that we're not going to pay anything more to this hotel. They upgraded our room into a bigger one. Indeed, the room was big but nothing fancy inside, just a regular room with a bit of furnish, it is clean, wifi is good. We asked if we could avail our breakfast as soon as we arrived, and yes they agreed to give it since we are also checking out early the next day. Just a regular breakfast for one only. Staff, particularly the reception needs to practice customer service, they aren't that polite to respond to their customers.

Victor hotel needs a victorious grooming
I was not expecting the look of the room as it looked different from the pictures ive seen online. The room that i stayed in needs to be groomed especially the comfort room. It looked a bit unsanitary plus there are no doormats. The receptionist and the guard were very accomodating. Since they dont issue multiple keycards the guard patiently assisted us in using the lift each time. The overall stay wasnt bad but not a remarkable experience too.

strange location
a couple minutes on foot to a major mall ,, all the anmeties very close by ,, but the hotel its self is on a very obscure street,, its very oiut of place the place was decent, clean,, i thought good value for the price

Good easy stay
This was a nice three day stay. The location is within walking distance to Makati and there are several transport options to Ayala. The staff were accommodating each time.

Not value for money
Hotel is a bit difficult for taxi drivers to find, it is an apartment building with hotel rooms in. The room was run down, AC unit VERY noisy, floor broken, bathroom dirty. No wifi in room. Stayed just for an overnight before catching another flight. Breakfast OK but small. Close to mall though so better to go there. Handy they also have electronics store, hotel only has flat pin plugs, not round pin like other places. Had to buy an adapter in the mall. Not value for money. Staff were very good though. Approx 180 peso in the meter taxi from the airport.

Close to the central area.
WiFi is limited to ground floor area only. I requested transfer due to non functioning telephone line and dust everywhere. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Breakfast are good and reasonable.

Was ok hotel area is a little sketchy. Housekeeping good but didn't replace the 2 water bottles for each stay of the day or the soap. Free breakfast is free only for 1 person even though my reservation was for 2?? I was charged at my check out for the other breakfast?? I also only ate there one of my 3 days but the hotel still charged my for an "extra breakfast" No wifi in room and is so so in Lobby.

Nightmare at Victor Hotel
Horrible! 1) Room given was not the same as the featured on Hotels.com 2) Toilet flush did not work 3) Shower head broken with no hot shower 4) Room had very old furniture with cracked tiles all over, 5) Switch to another and one of the AC unit was not working 6) Got into the toilet and lifted the seat and found a ladies period pad stuck in the toilet bowl. 7) Rooms is suffice for low end hard laborers.

The Victor Hotel review
Generally you get what you pay for. For the location in it self this is already a bargain. The staff are nice however there are lots of opportunities for improvement. 1. Room i got did not have a phone line. If i need to check with reception i have to go down. 2. The key originally given to me was not working. Although they gave me another one i think it was a bit risky because it was the front desks key card.i am not sure if it can open other rooms as well. 3. There was no bidet on the restroom. 4. There was free breakfast but did not here them knock. 5.I suggest if they can provide atleast an airpot on the room also even a sachet of coffee. So customers can use the cup and saucer there :) 6. I love that they have hot shower. 7. I think a wifi access for all occupants in their room will be a good addition :)

It could be better
Our experience is pleasant. The hotel staff is accommodating enough. We stayed for 14 days. We ordered a variety of breakfast. You can choose hotsilog, longsilog, tapsilog, hamsilog, and some Japanese meal. They have internet access inside the room but it's a LAN access not Wi-Fi. The room is spacious enough but it needs renovation because it looks old. We booked the one bedroom suite and got big discount in Expedia. The area outside is not so pleasing in the eye. Though the area is fairly safe. The hotel can be improved. Though they have an electric kettle they can include bidet, Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils, microwave, toaster, etc. Just that the appliances and the room itself looks old. But in general, it was a pleasant experience.

虫の駆除をして欲しいです。
部屋の壁を小蟻や小ゴキブリが這っていました。部屋が広いのでベッドにはいませんでしたが駆除して欲しいです。場所や料金はいいのでまた使いたいので。

그냥 별로..서비스는 별로임..
그냥 그래요...가격대비 만족하나 ....방안에 개미있음...탁자와 침대에 개미 있어서 직원에게 요청후 에프킬라 같은거 뿌려줌....(서비스는 별로임) 침대 시크 교체 없이 담요만 교체해줌 . 식사는 방으로 직접 가져다 주나..토스트+ 커피 + 오렌지 1/4조각..
