The hotel had friendly staff who were very accommodating considering I arrived at 1:30 am from not being able to find my previous booking. It included a great breakfast - would highly recommend and the price was very reasonable.

No roaches or problems
I recommend this hotel to to potential travellers in regards to cleanliness and customer service of the staff were very good. The hotel was clean and also has an elevator and the plated breakfast was also hot and fresh. There were no roaches to be seen, and I assume this property overall does not have a pest problem. Hotel is conveniently located in Malate which is well within walking distance to many many stores and part of a larger neighbourhood of diverse options for nightlife, restaurants, and also close to Robinsons huge mall within walking distance. US Embassy is also within walking distance, and plenty of trike taxis are outside.

A Little Haven in Manilla bayside
The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed staying at this small place which is amidst much bigger, more expensive places.

The staff were extremely helpful, room had all that you needed, maybe a fridge would have been good. Way better than the Manila Hotel which unfortunately is a shadow of the hotel I stayed at a few years ago. I would recommend The Windy Ridge to anybody staying on a budget

The hotel is nice & clean an easy access to the Metro Manila area but the best comment I can provide is the friendly staff they would go out there way to give service to a guest A+++++

The hotel was not that big..but nice and quiet...rooms facilities are excellent.. very clean..beds are very comfortable...aircon was in good working condition..staff are very friendly...

Average Hotel with great service. Overall good
This was a pretty average mid-grade hotel in the heart of Mnila's old city Malays, so the building itself and the surroundings were a bit weathered. However, they did their best to keep things clean and made up for it with excellent service. We booked last minute after another nicer hotel couldn't extend our stay. The 2 queen bed room for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids was tight but accurate and they gave us free set breakfast for everyone, which was pretty good. The listing photos are accurate. Bathroom was very basic, but functional. Wi-Fi was free & working but definitely not fast. Overall it was a good deal and a pretty good stay. I'd recommend it to business people or small families on a tight budget.

Nice and quiet hotel. Cheap but has POOR WIFI.
Staff are accommodating. Their breakfast is not a buffet breakfast. They will serve you a breakfast meal. Hotel is quiet but the location of the hotel is not near to fast food restaurants. Their wifi connection must be improved.

Nice stay
Windy ridge Is a nice little hotel in a not great looking area. As it turns out the area is ok though. Looks are deceiving. it is very clean and comfortable. And the the service is great and the people the work there are fantastic, nice, helpful and very service oriented.

The hotelroom was good, however no fridge.The neighbourhood was not very safe, but anyway I enjoyed to be there for a few days. A few good restaurants nearby . Breakfast was simple, but was served with a smile.

Brand New and Good Location
I normally stay at the Armada Hotel which is very near Windy Ridge but I noticed that Windy Ridge was a brand new hotel so I stayed there for one night on a recent trip to Manila. As I said, this is a brand new hotel so everything is in really good condition. I was given a complimentary drink, fresh squeezed orange juice, on my arrival. Additionally, my room rate included a free breakfast which was very good. A fried egg, two hot dogs (very typical in the Philippines), hash browns and toast. My two complaints about the hotel would be the water pressure in the shower and the tv cable options. There were no U.S. news channels which most hotels offer with their cable package. For those that don't know the area, it is a tough area, Malate. But I am familiar with the area so I knew what to expect. It is within walking distance to the U.S. Embassy (15 minutes) and Robinson Mall (15 minutes) and a myriad of restaurants and night clubs to choose from.

ベッドのマットレスが柔らか過ぎ
家族3人(1歳の娘)で宿泊しました。 チェックイン時に10分以上時間がかかりました。 3階の部屋でしたが、エレベーターで上がった際に廊下の電気が着いていなく真っ暗でした。 部屋は然程広くありませんが、ダブルベッド、ベッドサイドテーブル、デスク、洋服棚が備わってます。 ベッドですがマットがとても柔らかく、私と女房は熟睡出来ず、且つ腰が痛くなりました。 洋服棚は大きめで、スーツケースも収納出来たので、スッキリと部屋を使えました。 シャワールームですが、トイレと一帯ですが仕切りのカーテンが無いので水がトイレまで飛び散ります。 お湯は安定していて水圧も問題ありません。アメニティはシャンプーと固形石鹸はありますが、歯ブラシは有料で、ドライヤーはリクエストすれば部屋に持ってきていただけます。 朝食ですが、コーヒー紅茶はセルフです。食事は１プレートで目玉焼き、ソーセージ、トースト2枚です。パンは注文してからトーストして出て来ましたが、目玉焼きとソーセージは既に冷めていました。因みに私達は9時に朝食をとりましたが、作り置きですね。 税込み5000円でしたが、この価格であれば朝食付きの別のホテルをお勧めします。 辛口感想となってしまいましたが、ホテル側にはもう少し頑張っていただきたいですね。

英語のできないフロント。うるさすぎるエアコン。
フロントの女性が英語が苦手なようで、朝食は付いているか？と尋ねると付いていないというので、近くのレストランに行って朝食を食べた。戻ってみると他の客達が朝食を取っているので、改めて契約用紙を確認すると朝食が含まれていた。また、夜中にドライヤーはないかと尋ねると、そんなものはないという答え、そんなわけはない、絶対にあるはずだと言い続けるとようやく、わかった探してみるという回答を得られ、結果としてドライヤーはホテルにあり、届けてもらうことができた。 エアコンがとにかくうるさくて眠るのに苦労する。テレビの音が聞き取りづらいほどの騒音で辟易した。 また、目の前の道路がジプニーの通り道であるため、非常に混雑している。

Zimmer sauber, Bad sauber Dusche mit Durchlauferhitzer o.K. Zimmerreinigung auf Anforderung mir frischen Tüchern ohne zusatzkosten. Kostenlos Tageszeitung. Frühstück klein 1 Tasse kalten Reis, ein kleines Spiegelei kalt, etwas weichen Speck, für mich ungeeignet habe den Reisteller zurückgehen lasen und habe stattdessen einen Kartoffelpfannkuchen 2 kleine Würstchen Toast etwas Butter erhalten. Personal sehr freundlich. Die H. M. Pilar wie viele Straßen in Manila schmutzig. Der Baywalk hat auch schon wieder Beschädigungen. Die Grünanlagen werden auch hier als Abfalltonne genutzt.
