"The hotel is very clean and close to pier. Very walkable, walking trail close. Dog friendly hotel, provide dog beds and bowls upon request. Staff pleasant. They provide baked dog treats, very nice touch. The room is small, overpriced albeit the area is beautiful. Local restaurants and cafes with some allowing dogs, but quite expensive. Most coffees about $10-13 for 12 oz and fast food $15-20 per person. Stayed 3 nights with 4 adults and two large dogs. They provide self parking, charge $25 daily and $50 daily fee for each dog. Dog relief area convenient for early morning potty. It was a wonderful experience. Maybe stay again just due to expensive stay."

"Well i still jeed to call the manager.. we were a one night stay... so its late with kids so i wasnt about to change rooms or anything.. firealame in ceiling gone.. the wires are there..., tagging on door, head board.. dirty floors.. neighbor on one side smoked cigarettes so that was horrible... our room smelled like it upon walk in... neighbor who had a connecting door smoked pot so we got to smell that tooo.. it looks like this hotel helps the unhoused , rehabs and or other agencies with people living there and not just guests.. i would have liked to have known that before renting.. lots of people hanging out .. some smoking or idk what.. glad they are helping others in the area but let me know before i go.. "

"The guy at the front desk (can’t remember his name) was awesome. Gave us lots of areas to visit and was super welcoming. There was a small convenience/gas station store in front office which was pretty cool. It was just hard finding the property because there wasn’t signage outside, but it was a nice spot for the night. "

"Check-in was easy Staff were professional polite and kind. Very clean running around ms and grounds Spa and Gym facilities excellent and restaurant served good food and cocktails"

"I liked rhe room, however, there were no USB charging plugs for electronic devices. An easy solution would be to exchange lamps for ones that include USB outlets. Next time I go to Carmel I will request a room on the 5th floor."

"The room was nice 3 king best not bad at all.Parking can me a bit tricky if youre showing up late at night, but not a big deal. other than slight dust on the lamps and desktops. the stay was amazing. close to everything i wnated to see and experience will definitely be going back for a 3rd time. Definitely recommend."
