"We had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Seattle North – Lynnwood. The location was very convenient for our plans, which made getting around easy. Breakfast was a highlight: good variety, fresh options, and well maintained. Our room was spacious and worked well for our family of three plus a toddler, which we really appreciated. There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The bathroom fan was quite loud, and while I used the gym in the morning, it was fairly limited in equipment—okay for a light workout, but very basic. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, especially for families, with a solid breakfast and good room size."

"This is an older property. We found the room clean and the bed was very comfortable. The furniture is older. The tv was large, clear and there were many channels. Parking was fine but there is no elevator to the second floor and entry is from the outside. We did not eat the breakfast as we do no prefer the continental ones. I did check it out and there were cereals, pastries, bagels etc. The basic. Towels were brought to us immediately when we noticed there were none. For one night, I would recommend this place."
