"The hotel is solid but didn’t meet our expectations. Upon trying to check in past 4pm the room wasn’t ready for one of our travelling parties (check out is 10am), the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly (for any of our travelling parties) and the rooms have no fridge to keep things cold (this is Scottsdale, it’s hot). The pool area is very nice and the room decor is well done."

"The property is very beautiful and well kept. Check-in and check-out was very fast and easy. The room was not what I expected. I mean it was ok. However, not as bright and across from pool as I was led to believe. The breakfast buffet and restaurant choices were excellent."
