"Ideally overall it was an experience and thanks to the new people i met but this hotel had so many hidden agendas that it almost was impossible to enjoy , i informed them via Expedia it was my birthday i had seen videos on social media of people staying here and receiving welcome gifts such as totes , robes, birthday cakes and champagne.. upon arrival i wasn’t aware of an additional $200 making my incidental $400 also when asked about the robes they stated that they were for VIP guests . They barely even said happy birthday but wanted to offer a room upgrade for an additional $50 so although i made the best of my time and aside of the pool i probably wouldn’t stay here again .. a lot of changes need to be made and if your spending $1000 plus you should def be treated as an vip would . "

"Property was well maintained, pool bar was great with great music, friendly bartenders. Restaurants were ok but expensive. Drinks also at all the bars were expensive. It’s a great resort just come ready to SPEND. The restaurants outside of the resort were GREAT!!! Great authentic puerto rican at a fraction of the cost. An uber cost max. Of $12 to any restaurant. Palomino beach was great with food and drinks available. "

"My husband and I stayed one night in May 2026 at the Bali Posh Hotel right before flying home from vacation. Well-designed, atmospheric decor throughout the lobby/complex, with a natural Indonesian vibe. Clean and beautiful 1-Queen room, working AC and comfy bed, although the space felt a little small. You could definitely hear road noise and other guests going in/out (doors banging), although I did not hear any voices or conversations. Not necessarily a problem for solid sleepers, although distracting for me. The pool and bar were AWESOME. Easy few-minute walk to the beach, although across a kind of scary and busy bridge. Great to have chairs and umbrellas for guests at the beach, which was quite windy the day we went. Nice for walking even if not swimming. We skipped the restaurant, seemed too pricey, but there were several walkable food options. We loved Panadería España close down the street. While we would probably not stay again, seeking a more secluded and less bustling environment than Isla Verde, it was an OK final stop. Would probably feel worth the money for solid sleepers desiring to stay in the area and for a longer time."
