First, the good: It's a beautiful, newly remodeled place. Staff are very friendly and try their best.
Now, what could be fixed:
1. If you check-in after the restaurant closes, you're stuck standing on a dark street. We arrived ~9 PM, front door was locked, nobody was answering the phone. After ~20 mins, a guy hears us talking outside and lets us in. There's a secret button you have to press to summon the manager. Probably would be good to email your guests and tell them that before they show up. Other nights, when we came back from dinner, pressing the button didn't help as the staff were partying and couldn't hear it. At least these nights they answered the phone and came to open the door, but the loud party went on until well after midnight. My suggestions to the management would be to a) add a smart lock so that guests can open the door with their phone, and b) end the staff parties before guest bedtime.
2. Day one there was no hot water. Not like the water heater was broken; literally they'd turned off the hot water to the room so we had to ask to get it turned on. They fixed it by the afternoon, but still.
3. You have to run out of toilet paper before they'll put a new roll in the bathroom. Management: just stick a couple rolls in the bathroom.
What probably can't be fixed: It's loud. Very loud. You're basically staying in a restaurant. Luckily, it's usually empty, but even then, there's rave music playing loudly all day. Unless you're deaf, bring your earplugs.
