"Very close to the U4 and U6 lines so very easy to get into the city. Breakfast was great with lots of options. New waffle machines were fun and learnt how to use them pretty quick and saw lots of people end up with waffles stuck in them! Downside to the rooms were the doors slamming. Not sure if it was other travellers or the cleaning staff, at times it was a door slam every 6 seconds at around 10am for 3.5 minutes. Staff were amazing. Skipping the room clean for a free drink was a nice bonus!"

"This is a really nice, relatively new hotel in a nice safe neighbourhood that is convenient to bars, restaurants, shops and in easy walking distance of the main attractions. It was clean, the rooms were a good size. The bed was a bit creaky for a new establishment and the pillows were a bit hard for me. Blackout blinds were okay and the room was really quiet. There was a nice coffee machine and there was also oat milk which I was very happy about. The shower and the bathroom were lovely. Also there was a nice friendly welcome at reception and the staff were very helpful and they gave us a welcome drink on arrival with was a very nice touch."

"I love the location of the hotel right in the heart of the city. Everything was very walkable you can also access a lot of different transportations. The hotel staff was very helpful they messaged me how to take the CAT transit from the airport and they booked me a cab when I left. I felt very safe in the area. I enjoyed their breakfasts every morning, very neat & clean restaurant which offered a variety of foods. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to another stay there when I visit. Also, it was convenient to have a cocktail at there bar while viewing the fountain as you watch people."

"Location was great. Station was very close. Shops were right behind the hotel. Huge hotel so long walks from reception to room (depending on which rom you get). Weird thing was no body wash in the shower area. Only shampoo. No conditioner also. Toiletries were not the way I expected at a Park Hotel. Other than this, all was good."
