I was told that since I book thru Expedia I need to pay for my spouse as it’s only One guest covered for the meals when in fact when I initially book for this hotel In New York thru Expedia I already paid for both. "We had a wonderful stay at THE BLOSSOM KYOTO. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, and the space was designed and utilized very well, making it feel both comfortable and functional. What really set this hotel apart from others was the complimentary snack corner on the lower level. It offered free snacks and drinks including popsicles, nuts, coffee, soft drinks, and a variety of Japanese snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long day exploring Kyoto. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Kyoto!"

"The hot springs spa was amazing and very useful. It had different options for you to soak in from very hot to not so hot. I loved the hot pool with the cold bar to rest your head on. It made the experience that much more exciting. Overall very good time there and will definitely come back."

"Came to Kyoto for a few days to explore the city, Osaka, and Nora. This hotel was very well located on a main street, but was quiet enough in the rooms themselves. The staff was very friendly and the amenities were in the front desk area so you could take as much as you needed. The rooms were a good size for a room in Japan."
