Decent accommodation just beside the train station however, many homeless but harmless people around and it can be quite noisy down the neighborhood

Chris at the front desk delivered truly outstanding service. I arrived on a rainy Christmas Eve after a long 7-hour drive and was greeted with the warmest smile, a complimentary upgrade, late checkout, a welcome bag, and personal escort to the elevator — all offered proactively and with genuine care. I’ve stayed in many hotels, including 5-star chains worldwide, but Chris’s “customer-first” attitude genuinely stood out. Conveniently located in CBD, staff is friendly and vicinity to a lot of cafes

The room was comfortable in size. One of the better hotel compared to some better known chain hotel. Complimentary coffee/tea, cookies and fruit available 24 hours is very much appreciated.

it was a delightful 4 nights stay with our dog. There is a huge patch of grass right beside which our dog loved. Glad we decided to stay here instead of downtown (due to safety concerns). Felt extremely safe here. The property has a doorman. The hotel was clean and welcoming. We loved the wine bar in the hotel. Staff all around including housekeeping was extremely welcoming, and some of the staff even remembered our dog's name. Absolutely wonderful we will be back!

Great value for money. I will stay here again

Comfortable and cosy environment. Staff is very polite. All enquiries and requests are promptly answered. The home-like breakfast is an excellent start to a day! The hotel's convenient location to food and sightseeing is highly recommendable to first timers to San Francisco, and at a reasonable cost too.

Near plenty of shops for shopping close to sightseeing!!

Excellent value for money near Union Square. Very cool vibe!
