Excellent facility, all brand new. Staff very professional and helpful.

We stayed there for 4 nights and enjoyed our time in Istanbul immensely. The staff are polite and helpful. Housekeeping cleaned the rooms everyday and reception staff even assisted us to get a taxi to the airport. The star of our stay has to be the breakfast buffet spread. Together with the restaurant's breathtaking view, it was a beautiful holiday for us as a family to remember.

Was browsing through the lists of hotels available at Sultanahmet in Istanbul, and I knew I had to book Fer Hotel for my holiday. Good location, just a few minutes walk to attractions e.g. Blue Mosque. True to pictures, the hotel is modern and clean.. very comfortable! Love the decor and cleanliness of this hotel. The food in the restaurant is also really good. The hotel is located within walking distance to the main attractions such as Hagia Sophia and the blue mosque. I'd definitely stay there again. The only thing I didn't like is a black cat loitering around outside the restaurant, and on the early morning when I left the hotel room, the cat was sitting at the end of my first floor room. I'm terrified of cats and a hotel of this standard should not accept...

We had a wonderful stay at Seven Hills Palace & Spa in Istanbul. The location is excellent, especially for families, as we were able to walk to all the main attractions with our children. There are also plenty of lovely restaurants in the surrounding area, making it easy to find somewhere to eat each evening. The hospitality of the front desk by Mr Shamsudin was very warm and welcoming. He recommended us a better room for our family of 5 at a very good additional rate. We enjoyed our whole stay in Carina as all the staffs were friendly and approachable.

We are very impressed by hotel staff Veysel who gave us a good orientation of the area we stay in as well as recommended the places to visit. He has helped us greatly with directions and booking of taxis and places to visit. Appreciate his great service. The hotel room is clean and pleasant with Aircon working according to our needs. Breakfast buffet is widespread and yummy. Good place to stay.
