"Room needs serious renovations, half of the lights didn’t work, toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, rugs dirty, but it served its purpose. Very nice staff and good restaurants on property "

"I was completely shocked and appalled at the horrific smell of sewage in our room. We then also encountered something in the bed that bit us the whole first night. Upon going to the front desk to inform them of the issues they did move our room. Yet when asked if we could get bell service to assist in the room change we were informed that there was a substantial wait for that service. To say that I was less than happy with my stay would be a complete understatement. If a manager would like to call me I will gladly let them know everything that was wrong so that they can correct it for future service of guests. "

"Hotel is very large. Walking to room you get loads of smoke from the casinos. Room was large and clean."
