The service was outstanding and friendly, the spa was excellent, the restaurant was superior food and service, the room was very nice, the pool also was very nice, and the setting was amazing. The jungle was peaceful, the monkeys were fun to watch from the outside gazebo. Very relaxing atmosphere, very elegant. A perfect trip."

"Excellent service except for the one night they came beating on my door. Breakfast was wonderful and the room was very clean. Moldy loungers so you didn’t want to lay on them. Gym was not available and my friend needed to work out; one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was it had a gym. No massages available. A lot of confusion surrounding the floating pool breakfast I ordered. I wouldn’t recommend doing that again. Staff at breakfast every morning were excellent and the food was delicious. "

"From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very special. Everywhere we went, the staff remembered our names and went out of their way to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Our room was STUNNING with views out over the valley, and the outdoor shower was an unexpected and liberating treat! Almost everything we did whilst we were in Bali was arranged through the hotel and charged to our room so we never had to worry about having cash. They were even on WhatsApp if we were out and about and needed a car back to the hotel. The daily complimentary yoga and walks are a really nice addition and lots of excursions to choose from, and if chilling is on the agenda then the pool area is beautiful with great service from the pool bar team. I couldn’t say enough good things about this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone and everyone…we will be back!"
