Hotel is very new and well presented. Room is spacious & very comfortable. Like it that for the twin room, there’s a little sitting area with table. Bed is very comfortable and we have rested well. Staff are extremely friendly and respectful. Definitely will stay again.

It was a really lovely hotel. Room was rather big and comfortable. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was also good. The public bath was especially clean and nice. Car park facilities were also in place. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Beautiful clean space and comfortable futon beds. Wasn’t expecting that fold out futons had timings, so had to DIY since we wanted to rest after checking in while the whole bed making service starts at 6 pm onwards only. Once all 4 beds are set up there’s no walking space… onsen, the main reason you are staying here, is great. Large spaces and pools, very relaxing!

A nice place to experience living like a local. An easy walk to Lake Toya. Remember to see the fireworks at 845pm.

Room was super good!! And the view was simply awesome. Staff was also super polite and provided all the necessary briefing for our stay. Breakfast was great too!! Also special mention to the pantry that had free flow drinks too!

The best resort that I had stayed for my Hokkaido trip. The staff is very efficient and shout out to Mr Oda (I assume) helped my dad with his stuck luggage. Love the buffet (dinner and breakfast). Also, we love the open air onsen and fireworks. This peaceful town scene and with 7-11, gas station across the resort. It is abit sad that there is limited restaurants when we are here. However, we loved the peaceful and serene feel that Lake Toya had given us. Slow down our pace for city dwellers....

Very beautiful sea view hotel

A wonderfully restful stay overlooking the stunning Lake Toya. The views from the room were spectacular, and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to disconnect and recharge. The onsen experience was especially relaxing, complemented by attentive service by the staff and management and comfortable facilities. A great place to pause, enjoy nature, and appreciate the slower pace of Hokkaido. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Great bar but Only thing- dining options could be better. But...
