Hotels with Swimming Pools in Noboribetsu

"Probably the best hotel in the area with about 18 pools in the male section. The main pools have fantastic view of the Jigo valley. We had Kaseki dinner for 2 nights and both were fabulous. Staff are helpful from the doorman, Jonathan, parking attendant to the reception staff. We like to give special compliments to the Leader of the food & catering, Ms Kanako. She’s absolutely gracious, highly service minded and made our dinner very enjoyable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The hotel location is also within walking distances to the river stream foot hot spring, the Bear park and the Jigo valley. "

"Nice 5 star hotel. The service and staff is top notch. The views are spectacular. Great place to retreat to and relax. We stayed here for 1 night in our trip through Hokkaido. My only issue was at check in. We were required to make the dinner reservations and meal selection at the front desk. And not everything we wanted was available to us. So it was very awkward experience in my opinion. I don’t know if I made a mistake not reserving the restaurants in advance but it is hard to know what you want for dinner up to 7 months in advance. Maybe it was just better to order room service. "

"Overall the resort stay is good value for money (summer), it has everything onsite, amusement park, shopping, food etc. some downside could be: the hotel room bathroom being a little dated, they don't do cleaning daily, but they do at least change your towels for you. Being a hotel, noise from your neighbors could be a problem (talking loudly in their room or outside in the corridors, slamming the door etc esp at night or in the early morning). They also provide coffee bags and teas in room. Location wise it seems to be quite ok, as we were able to drive (south) to Lake Toya in under 30mins or so, city of Date, Muroran, Noboribetsu etc. to the north, niseko, and if you like to the East is Jozenkei, all within about an hour. Plenty of Parking and is free. You also have access as a resort guest to Westin's onsen. The monorail is cute! Just note that this is in the summer where it's not the resort ski season so everything is very chill and not too crowded, I think things might get a bit different in the winter busy season though :) "

"Conveniently located at the lower slope of Noboribetsu. Price is affordable but lift is small and slow. Onsen is a indoor and an outdoor with no views. Room is clean, spacious with plenty of charging plugs in the room. Bed, pillow and duvet is soft and comfortable. We had a wonderful sumptuous Japanese breakfast with mixture of western delights. You do have to walk up a slope to reach the Carpark. If you want an affordable place to stay, here is a good recommendation."
