"I would definitely give a 5star to this hotel if the breakfast wasn’t this bad. Everything is perfect, rooms, pools, lobby, views, service, staffs. The only downside is breakfast which is poor, stingy and in a terrible separated room, absolutely disaster coffee, which ruins the way you would start your day. If you ever decide to book this hotel, give yourself a favour and plan your breakfast outside, perhaps in KLCC. Apart from breakfast, loved everything and might come back again. "

"I always use this hotel due its priviliged location, unfortunately this time, the room smelt like tabacco and both phones were not working."

"We stayed in this property with my family, the rooms were really clean, the service was great and staff were really helpful and responsive at all times. The location is convenient, walking distance to Bangsar ,( shuttles also available ) however it’s a bit noisy and busy as it is still a central and busy suburb. Shared washer and dryer were available for a fee, but not in the apartment."
