"We did not use the amenities so I can not speak of that. The staff when we arrived were kind, communicated perfectly about price and offered all the lobby toiletries. Our room was compact but worked just fine for our party of 2. PJs were nice as was the clothing refresher spray. We will recommend."

"The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is just a 15 min walk to Tokyo tower and train stations are also very walkable. The room was just right for 3-4 people though it says it can sleep 6. It's clean and comfortable and the shower came with basic good quality amenities. Though, we thought that the room lack the Japanese style of making the most out of a small space. It did not have enough storage. There was only one cabinet beside the fridge that we were able to use to put away our clothes. We were three and only one person was able to use that storage. The rest of us put our clothes on the bed we were not using and some were hanged but we also needed to ask more hangers. If there were 6 people in there and all 3 beds were being use- I can imagine where they'll organize their stuff. There were a lot of spaces and/or areas in the room that a storage/ cabinets would have been built. Even under the bed would have been a good storage. Also, the bamboo trays to put hotel stuff was a nice touch but we found it very inconvenient and just took up more space in the very limited space we had. All the floors have book themes though we hardly had the time to browse. I went through a donated book bin and they books were dusty- maybe take time to wipe them off once in awhile. The staff were friendly and helpful enough whenever we needed something. Special mention to Igarashi- san and Akimoto- san helping us when were leaving the hotel. Thank you!"

"Great stay. Checked in with the room setup nicely. We requested for the futon beds which turned out great for our baby. The in-suite washer and dryer is a huge plus. The only down side for us is that the location is a bit of a walk to the elevator of the train station if you travel with a stroller. And I wish the towels of the hotel could be better as mine was shredding on my skin like crazy."
