"We stayed here for 3 days and had a wonderful experience! The hotel is conveniently located close to the metro, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food at the hotel was also excellent. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it!"

"Great location, short walk to Dotonbori and access to several subway lines (nearest is JR Namba station). There is also Nipponbashi and Shinsekai slightly further away. The hotel has a 7-11, a public bath and numerous washing machines on the 4th floor (the wash+dry ones are in the public bath area) washing machine status are trackable using the in room TV. The staff are really helpful and are able to communicate in english. There is also a separate luggage hold and transfer service on the 2nd floor. Do take note that check in might take a while due to the volume of people staying at the hotel, if you arrive early, you can drop off you luggage and come back later, avoid 3-5pm as there will be a crowd checking in too. If you intend to explore the inner parts of Osaka city, this is a great place to consider."

"The hotel was great for the value. Super close to the train station. We only stayed for 2 nights but it was very comfortable and convenient. They give you slippers and pijamas and there's free coffee and drinks available throughout. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable, room was super clean. Spotless. Shower pressure was excelent. We really enjoyed our stay. Wifi was fast and reliable. It is not super close to Dontobori and other Osaka attractions, but if you don't mind taking the subway, it is a very convenient commute. I would stay again and recommend."

"The hotel is located very close to Osaka station, when you know, how to find it. It is above a massive shopping center with a check-in reception located on the 9th floor. The hotel is very modern, uses lots of modern technology (self-check in and self check-out kiosks, QR code for stored suitcases, a robot zooming around the restaurant collecting plates, etc.). There is a massive food court on the 8th floor, just below the hotel, which is very handy after long days of walking around. The hotel has a self-service laundry facilitied, which is very popular with tourists. The room was exactly as on the photos. The beds were very comfortable. Sadly no wardrobe to hang clothes and not much space for the suitcades. The breakfast was amazing. Large selection of freshly cooked food. Lots of frest vegetables and fruit. Good quality cooked japanese and western dishes. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend this hotel."

"This was a nice hotel in a good location of Osaka - walking distance to the train station at the Semba Centre building. We had booked a corner room with a balcony, but it was a strange layout and there was nowhere to put our luggage so it probably would have been better to have a regular room. We ended up having to use the small couch to put our luggage on - and stack it on top of each other, so not ideal! The beds were very comfortable but due to the size and layout of the room, it was difficult to watch the TV from our beds. There is a nice Chinese restaurant on the ground floor where we had a meal the night we arrived. There is a good selection of shops and stores around the hotel if you are needing supplies."
