"This is a beautiful old world-feeling hotel, very grand and lovely! Staff were friendly and helpful. Concierge very good, gave us excellent dinner recommendations. Rooms were nice, but on the smaller side for such a grand hotel. I bumped up a notch, so we wouldn’t get the smallest room, but it was still pretty small for the price. Location is awesome. Walk to everything, or easily Uber. Nice bar for cocktails, and just relaxing, and piano player from 5-6pm each night. A lovely stay in this hotel."

"Everyone was so nice & helpful. We ate Dinner at the indoor area by the pool and had a great time thanks to the staff. The manager Joseph was so nice and helpful. He recommended and let us taste some new wines that we have never had.. He was very knowledgeable and very nice and helpful with all of our questions..He took time out to show us how to get to certain bars & restaurants at the hotel. And our waiter Roger was very nice:) we met a lady named Amy and she was sweet and explained how to get around at the hotel. We are here for a wedding and it’s our first time to Europe. "A note for travelers is that there is no elevator so you have to lug your suitcase up flights of stairs to get to reception and then to your room! Otherwise the place was great for the price and the staff we very friendly."

"Good location. The room they gave me was not the best, no view (upgraded to junior suites). the suite had small kitchen, garbage was not picked up daily and I had to call for supply refills. the shower was the big problem for me that they never fixed it after so many requests to fix it. "
