"All ok"

"Had not been informed of extra charges, when arranging earlier check in, and checked this prior to making booking ,direct with hotel and a few days before checking in. Pool changing, had to get them to bring clean towels, as was overflowing with dirty wet ones, changing area was not clean. At breakfast had to ask for fresh eggs, as the ones available had been sitting there a while.overall experience not enjoyable."

"Honestly can’t fault it. The room was good, the bar area and restaurant very decent, staff good, car parking nice and easy. Would definitely use it again if I’m in the area."

"Stayed for one night to catch an early morni g flight. We chose the hotel as the shuttle means it is only a 10 minute ride to the airport. Hotel is clean and very comfortable and good value for money. Very friendly staff too."

"The staff are so friendly and care about making sure your stay is comfortable. They were really accommodating to our child’s needs and our requests."

"I stayed to use the leisure facilities, which were excellent. The grounds are beautiful, as is the location. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The room was in good condition and nicely stocked. It was lovely to have tea and coffee facilities and products in the bathroom. "

"It was going to cost £35 each way in an Uber to get the hotel which meant another £70 onto the cost, I was tired and had an early fight next morning so I booked myself into the Premier Inn that was actually right at the airport. Disappointed with the hotel not making it clear of the distance and Hotels.com for not making it clear when it is not actually at the airport. I also called the hotel and they said that they had no booking for me. Very disappointed all round! "

"Lovely hotel. Great location. Staff were very friendly. The room was spotlessly clean. Could improve amenities such as better tea and coffee facilities in the room but that is a personal preference"
