"A great location. Bus access to down town is one block over. In a very nice neighborhood. The host was so helpful with suggestions/recommendations. Great eating places/pubs within a quick walk. Room/bathroom was spotless. Rooms are very quiet. Breakfast is amazing with excellent choices and cooked to order. Parking easily available on side street next to property."

"Our family of 3 stayed at the Sherwood Inn for 2 nights. It was perfect! Breakfast was delicious. It was our 3 year olds favorite meal of the day both days in Edinburgh. The room was very comfortable for the 3 of us with very high ceilings and a nice en suite. "Beautiful building with clean and comfortable rooms. It was amazing value for money considering the continental breakfast was included. Lots of great options and delivered to your room at your time of choice. Host was friendly when I met him briefly in the morning. Being able to access my room key in the lock box outside was great as I arrived a lot later than planned. Highly recommend. 😄"

"The property was well kept for the most part. Very convenient to bus lines to Old Town. Area seemed safe to walk around -residential. Water pressure in shower was very light. Not enough to wash long hair. But beds were comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. "
