The shuttle bus service was the main reason I chosen this hotel.
Took us quite some times to look for it at the airport even after asking for the location and direction.
As the bus only has a sign board at the front, 1st timer will not be able to notice it with out clear instruction what to look out for.
Moreover, we were told to wait between bay 9 to 15. Which caused more confusion.

Going the extra miles to show you the way, giving you recommendations on where to go and when the room type which i booked is unable to add a extra bed, they provide me a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room as it’s my birthday. The size of the room was great. They give kids amenities such as kids utensil and kids bedroom slipper. Only 3mins walk to MTR station and there is ding ding tram right behind...

The bell staff and the concierge were amazing and very helpful and accommodating. Really helped us out with a variety of things very grateful to them for the assistance!
