"Beautiful hotel, rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely friendly, convenient location, however, if you are going to stay in the Clifton hills area, be prepared to spend a lot of money on food and activities Was not happy with paying parking fees to stay at at a hotel that we had paid to stay at"

"Major renovations were being done during our stay which caused an elevator wait that was extremely inconvenient. If the hotel disclosed they were under renovations we would have choose a different hotel. "

"The mattress was worn out and sagged, we didn't have hot water the first night in the bathroom, no towels at the pool, hot tub jets didn't really work well, parking was too expensive, hidden fees as well. "

"The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The room had all the basic amenities I needed, and the bed was quite comfortable I thinks they’re not queen. However, I think some small improvements could make the stay even better such as having microwave, and some water bottles in the room."
