"The hotel was spotless and really friendly staff, I arrived at 10am after a long flight and they allowed me to check in early as they had a room available, very thankful for that. I would highly recommend and would stay here again in the future. "

"Overall wonderful experience. Staff was great, room was great.. a little cold but housekeeping brought up an extra blanket and i was perfect. Outdoor fireplaces were lovely. Great location so close to pier 39. "

"The whole experience- with one caveat- was excellent. Clean rooms, fun lobby, courteous staff- all great. My caveat? Was we stayed overnight on a Tuesday and approximately 5 AM I believe on the far side of the building was trash pick up day on Wednesday and it was the noisiest, most raucous and long lasting trash pick up event ever. I will never stay on that side of the building on a Tuesday overnight again."

"The Hotel was very nice. They let us to check out a little bit late due to some circumstances. They also let us to use the lobby for my nephews to finish his school's thesis. Excellent service, safe, nice breakfast, clean, safe parking, close to everywhere. Loved staying in here again (I came a few times already)."
