Great value hotel. Everything are nice here. Air-conditional could be better if the filter being clean more often. It was very dry through the night. I am happy with my stay.

The hotel is within walking distance to the Erawan Shrine, Central World Mall, Big C Supermarket and Plantinum Mall, which makes it a very convenient location. The covered access to Chitlom station, through Erawan Bangkok, is particularly useful during rainy days. Upon check in, the concerige staff asked for details of our departure flight and automatically offered a late checkout without us asking. Pathumwan Princess has always been my top choice of hotel for Bangkok. It is well connected to MBK mall and Siam. The hotel breakfast is of a very high quality and standard. The rooms are newly renovated which are large in space, clean and brightly lighted. Staff are very friendly and approachable

Hotel in impeccable condition and superbly maintained. Decor is aesthetically pleasing and cleanliness is top notched. Housekeeping staff is efficient and meticulous.

It was an awesome time staying here. The rooms were so spacious and clean. Staffs were also friendly in attending to all of our needs. Hotel decors were also great and trendy.

Super convenient location and hotel room is huge and comfy friendly staffs and cleaner very accomodating. Bed is very firm and nice to sleep on. I enjoy it very much. Will return.

Short 2 mins walk to the BTS station. Cheap and comfy massage centers just located along the street with cafes , local Thai food joints, western food etc. to avoid the classic city traffic jam , we took the BTS train from victory monument to siam paragon, Siam square , central world... all 3 stops away or 5 mins away !
