The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. "Maintenance man entered my room 3 TIMES and i was NAKED EACH TIME, IN BED!!! I was solo with my 6 year old daughter. He kept entering. Only spoke german. There is NO ONE AT THE APT. Its all remote - do they know who this maintenance guy with the tattoos is who is entering my room? DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR WOMEN. Contruction going on. "Really nice hotel! Managed to park a large Mercedes Sprinter in the car park, was welcomed by a lovely lad in the Reception who then showed me to my apartment across the road. Had an amazing sleep and a lovely breakfast was enjoyed before departing the next morning. When staying in Soltau, make you visit the nearby Delphi Greek Restaurant, it is outstanding! "

"Sehr schönes Appartement mit nettem Balkon und sehr guter Innenausstattung. Die Treppe zum Bett im "ersten Stock" war gewöhnungsbedürftig und im Halbschlaf nur seeehr vorsichtig nutzbar. Schwierig für ältere Menschen z. B. mit Knieproblemen, mit echten Bewegungseinschränkungen vermutlich gar nicht möglich. "
