North End Hotels with Swimming Pool

"Staff is always very friendly and kind always helpful when an extra hand is needed with luggage etc The grounds are beautiful so many places to take pictures The rooms are so clean and the views of the city are breathtaking. There's not a reason not to stay here"

"Great Central location. Very clean and roomy hotel rooms. Beds were very comfortable but not enough blankets. We were cold every night and the heat dial didn't turn on. I slept in my coat the last night. Some of the desk staff were 5 star professional and helpful and courteous, even though they were often the only one at the desk with a big line of guests waiting. Others were disinterested and made it clear they did not want to work there. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was beyond minimal (eat out). They held our luggage in a secured room after checkout, easy to check in and out. Lobby had a wonderful warm fireplace, nice furniture and option to buy snacks. Biggest complaint, hotel walls were tissue paper thin and you could hear everything neighbors did including couch and run water. Didn't check out the gym. Price was very reasonable for the area."

"Room was not very clean. You could see visible debris on the carpet. The bathroom was dark and dingy. Felt like a hospital bathroom. Outdated, bleak, yellow/tan, with worn edges and worn decor. Definitely not worth $394 a night plus $69 for valet. Will not be staying there again, that's for sure!"

"Wonderful and unique property. Close to so many things - walking to shopping, restaurants, Quincy Market and the North End were very convenient. Extremely clean accommodations - felt like an elevated city home away from home experience. Love the coffee shop being attached to the hotel lobby. It had a Starbucks type of vibe but better as a trendy yet subdued morning coffee spot. Will definitely stay again the next time we’re in Boston."

"Lovely one night stay here before heading to the airport! Loved the coffee machine with free lattes especially. Great staff, comfy bed, awesome restaurant attached to the lobby. No complaints, will stay here again!"
