When I called regarding late check in, John stayed on the phone to offer great suggestions on scenic alternative routes to also avoid heavy traffic. When we arrived, John provided recommendations for nearby dining for dinner. The room was clean and suited our needs. Moreover, the dining staff at breakfast answered all our questions and provided excellent, attentive service. "

"Room and hotel were great. The mattress was very firm. I’ma 70 sleep number and this was firmer than that. The coffee pod machines were not very functional on the 2nd and 1st floor but not the biggest deal. Would stay again for a Salem trip. "
