The hotel is so conveniently located and the room was very spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Service was excellent as well. The only downside was that the aircon unit had an intermittent sound.

We have been staying in Silkari for our annual trip to Chatswood. We got a room at Level 2 this time which is noisier and more light pollution. Other than that, it is still good as usual from cleanliness of room to service staff. Location is convenient with shops nearby and parking is a breeze. Won't hesitate to stay here again. Just hope that we won't get a low floor noisy room next time.

The new Metro within a short walking distance provides very quick access to the city/cbd area. If you want to stay away from the crowded cbd area, this is a great choice. The apartment is spacious and well maintained. Particularly liked the balcony with the table & chairs.

Considering its proximity to the city centre this hotel was a great find. It’s got the old house vibes but with modern finishes (i can’t explain well but it feels just right). The staff is equally amazing. I may have had some minor issues but they did their best to help out. Fair warning - don’t leave your room card in the room at night because if you do - you gonna have to wait till the morning (no staff at night). Great value for money!

The location is awesome, but the room and especially the shower are very small, but very clean and have everything you need. Suitable for staying one or two nights. Since we stayed only one night it was fine. Breakfast was not good at all and we were disappointed with it. If the breakfast is not included in the price do not buy breakfast here. We have asked for the room with the nice view and got the room 16 with the view to another house wall just a couple of meters away from our window...

The hotel is well situated, near a metro line and many good restaurants (catering to the North Sydney CBD crowd). Parking is a little of a challenge though, but it is the CBD after all. Great team, during check in and out, spacious and clean room, with modern decor. The one thing they could improve on is better lighting in the bathroom, for overall safety as well as other functions: shaving/ makeup alert at the vanity.

Staff in every shift throughout my stay had been very resourceful and courteous . When I made an enquiry n/ or provided feedback , the duty person at the reception counter never failed to revert to me .
