"The room we had on Floor 19 was good. My only comment is that the bath tub takes up space which could have used better as additional space in the room. Not a big deal. The room was comfortable and in good condition."

"Clean, comfortable bed amenities where excellent and the staff friendly. So closed to Orchard Street walking distance to all good places to eat and trendy places to shop."

"One of the most comfortable bed/pillows I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a waffle maker providing a real morning treat. The only slight downsides were a noisy bathroom drain and a fixed shower head pointing directly at the shower door meant that the bathroom floor got wet. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, but fresh towels, tea and coffee sachets are always available"
